Message I recently paid this place $594 for a high output alternatot to power the multi-amp system in my Z. Without going thru the whole ordeal I wanted to let you guys see the last correspondance I had with them and let you know that they never reponded to me once and I have now learned from one of this guys employees that his own staff has stolen over $100,000 of merchandise and cash from him and that he has suffered a mental breakdown. Whether this is true or not is besides the point. The point is that they have taken my money and are not doing anything to remedy the situation...no product, no refund...nothing.....Just wanted to let you guys know....tell anyone you can....AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Kyle,
First off, Let me tell you that, despite my almost unbearable aggravation, I still sincerely hope that there has just been an honest miscommunication on your companies part in the handling of this order. If that proves to be the case, then I will apologize for the following letter.
If , for any reason, I have not been contacted and this situation has not been resolved by the aforementioned date and time, then I will take whatever means necessary to assure that your company is prosecuted to the fullest extent under the laws governing internet commerce in the state of Ohio. Please, for both my sake and that of your companys, DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY!.

On April 21st of this year I received an E-Mail from you that was a response to a high output alternator order which stated which Ohio Generator unit I needed (#7769-185) and reiterated the claim I read on your website that "most alternator orders are built and shipped within 72 hours of payment with the exception of custom plated units".
With this information in hand, I placed an order that day with a lady named Claudia who , once again, assured me that this unit would be "in my hands within a week" On April 28th my Visa card ,which, by the way, is protected under the Ohio Internet and Mail Order Commerce Laws, was billed by your company for the agreed upon amount of $594.
It has now been THREE WEEKS since that charge was applied and not only do I not have my alternator but I have now been informed by your company representative that Ohio Generator has not even received a purchase order for my unit.
Furthermore, I have learned that the last 13 phone calls I have made to your companies rep have produced no results and that she ,in fact, is being "left in the dark", "not called back", "not getting any answers" etc. etc. etc.
So, I know feel that my rights as a consumer have been clearly violated and the attorney that I spoke with just this morning who works for the Ohio Commerce Commission adamantly concurred. Furthermore, It has been made very clear from the very beginning that I have a move planned in June from Ohio to Oregon to relocate for business. It has been my intention from the beginning to have this vehicle ready to make that trip. Your failure to fulfill "your" part of our "sales agreement" is,has been the only reason that that vehicle is still not ready to make that trip. This , in fact, makes your company liable for any and all expenses incurred by me or any of my representatives for the storage, transport, and all circumstantial or coincidental damages incurred in relation to this vehicle being inoperable. That is straight from the mouth of an attorney who has already agreed to represent me in a civil case against your company. The costs of which could well exceed $5000.00!!
I have tried every phone # on your website but they all loop back to the customer service person who, to this point, has not been able to clear any of this up. DO NOT REFERENCE ME BACK TO HER!.
Contacting you by this EMAIL has been my only option and based upon my experiences with your company to date, I feel that this has probably been a waste of my time. Please prove me wrong!
IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU BY 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday May 21st then I will inform the investigators at the Ohio Commerce Dept of such and they will take it from there. I will then retain an attorney to start preparing a civil suit against your company as I mentioned before.
I am not in a position to tolerate any more run-around, this situation must be resolved! Now!
I am still clinging to the idea that this can be resolved with a few simple phone calls and that I will have my alternator by the end of this month. No other contingency will be accepted!

My phone # is 937-325-3751....I look forward to hearing from you and hope that this has all been an honest mistake....

Sincerely
